Returns and reprints

Printing faults: free reprint

If an order has a printing or cutting fault caused by us, report it within 60 days of delivery with photos and we reprint it free, including any return shipping we ask for.

Returns for any other reason

Every order is made to your size and artwork, so it cannot be resold, but you can still return an order: tell us within 2 business days of delivery and send the items back in their original packaging within 10 calendar days of delivery. We refund 50% of the product price; the other 50% covers the custom work already done. Return shipping is paid by you unless the fault is ours.
