Tuckmade's tuck box tools run in your browser with no sign-up: a dieline generator for six tuck styles with SVG, PDF and DXF downloads, a size calculator that turns your product size into the carton's inside and outside size, and a cost calculator built only from listed prices.
Which tuck styles does the dieline generator draw?
Six styles, each with its own page and preset sizes:
- Reverse tuck end dieline generator: A reverse tuck end (RTE) dieline has the top lid hinged on the back panel and the bottom lid hinged on the front panel, so the two tuck flaps close in opposite directions.
- Straight tuck end dieline generator: A straight tuck end (STE) dieline has both lids hinged on the back panel, so both tuck flaps close from back to front and the front panel stays uninterrupted.
- Tuck top auto bottom dieline generator: A tuck top auto bottom dieline has a tuck lid on top and four bottom flaps that are pre-glued, so the base locks itself when the flat carton is opened (also called crash lock or auto-lock bottom).
- Snap lock bottom dieline generator: A tuck top snap lock bottom dieline has a tuck lid on top and four bottom flaps that interlock by hand (a slot flap, a tab flap and two side flaps), with no glue on the base (also called 1-2-3 bottom).
- Hang tab tuck box dieline generator: A hang tab tuck box dieline extends the back panel into a header with a euro slot for a peg hook; the top lid hinges on the front panel and tucks down behind the tab.
- Tuck front mailer dieline generator: A tuck front mailer dieline (roll end tuck front) is one corrugated blank: a base, double-wall rolled sides with locking tabs, a back wall, a lid with a front tuck and dust flaps (ears).

Are the results exact?
The dieline geometry and the size maths use rule-of-thumb allowances for board thickness, which is what most packaging designers start from. Prices in the cost calculator are the site's listed prices, exactly as shown on each product page. Before anything prints you get a digital proof on the production dieline for your size and board.
